I've wasted far too much time googling this already lmao. You'd think they would just call that all East US, but it is separate buildings. The time East US 2 went live matches news articles about expanding the Boydton data center, but I can't say for sure. I'm nearly certain East US is in Boydton because the time it went live matches news articles about Microsoft building a data center there as well as multiple sources listing that address for East US. They do not disclose the address or city, state for any of their data centers, but it seems all of the locations for the Azure ones are known and confirmed except for some uncertainty around East US and East US 2. Plus they have several government data centers. They own and lease data centers all over the place for Bing, Office 365, Skype, OneDrive, etc. Ha, I'm a nerd with stuff like this, so I looked around and Microsoft definitely has a data center in Ashburn, but I don't think it's one of the Azure data centers.
